Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Venue platform and services provided by Venue, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Intellectual Property

The Venue platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Venue, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law
